We deliver orders to any location within Peninsular Malaysia for a flat fee of RM6 per purchase and RM12 for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak).
All orders will be processed and delivered to customer address within an average of 3 – 10 working days.

Products are eligible for a replacement of the same item if the original product is confirmed by Chorus as damaged/defective, or if you received the wrong product in your shipment.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for replacement, details & photos of the product, your order number, name, address and contact number. Upon receipt of your email, we will review and confirm if your order is eligible for replacement.
If confirmed that your order can be replaced, we will contact you on the replacement schedule. Please pack the returning products in the condition in which it was sent for our collection.
TIME PERIOD WITHIN WHICH A PRODUCT IS ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT
Within 7 days from delivery date. Products are not eligible for replacement after this stipulated period.
SHIPPING COST FOR ANY REPLACEMENT
You are not required to pay any shipping fee for replacements confirmed by Chorus. It is completely free for you.
